Return Policy

 When does the return policy apply? 

It applies for 7 days from the day you receive the goods. 

 

How to request a return? 

  • All return requests must be submitted via our online system. Late submissions will not be accepted. 
  • You need to log into your LUVLUX account to access the online return service. If you check out as a guest, you will not be entitled to the return service. 
  • All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including any attached tags. 

 

What are the conditions for return? 

Within 7 days of receipt of an item, if it arrives damaged, defective or doesn’t match agreed specifications, we will arrange a return and refund. 

 

What are ineligible for return? 

  • Returns will not be accepted in case of any missing items, for example free gifts, product invoices, etc. 
  • Return policy is not applicable to items picked up and confirmed at LUVLUX office. 
  • Returns will not be accepted for washed, worn/ used, altered or damaged items. 

 

Can I exchange it if I bought a wrong item? 

Sorry, unless an item arrives damaged, defective or doesn’t match agreed specifications, we can’t arrange a return and refund. 

 

How long does the refund process take? 

Upon receipt of the returned item, if it is in eligible condition, the refund will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
