Step 1

Apply for membership

Register as a member on the LUVLUX website. All you need to do is fill out some basic personal information, or you can register in the checkout process as you shop.

 

Step 2

Start shopping

Once logged in, spending on all purchases will be accumulated in your membership.

• Register as a member on the LUVLUX website.
• There are two types of members: General Member and VIP Member.
• As a “General Member”, when your cumulative eligible spending reaches HKD$100,000 or above in one year, your membership will be upgraded to “VIP Member”. **Eligible spending excludes returns or refunds charges, coupons, LUVLUX credits, discounts or any other promotional offers.
• VIP membership is valid for one year.
• When you become a VIP member, if your cumulative eligible spending reaches HKD$100,000 or above in the validity period, your VIP membership will be automatically renewed.
• Membership level will be updated in the system daily at 12:00AM (GMT+8).

Member-exclusive offers will be automatically added in the system. Enjoy shopping with LUVLUX anytime, anywhere.
