2) Pre-order: For pre-order items featured on Luv Lux website, you only need to pay a deposit first, then settle the balance and collect the ordered item within 2 weeks upon its arrival. For details, please refer to the "Pre-order" section below or the terms specified on individual product page.

- Deposits range from HK$2000 - 4000. You only need to pay the balance upon the arrival of the ordered item. Our staff will notify you by then.
- You need to collect the ordered item within 2 weeks upon its arrival. Otherwise, the order will be considered as canceled.
- Pre-order items take 2 - 3 weeks to ship. In case the item is out of stock, the deposit will be returned within 2 working days.
It is suggested to pay the deposit either by FPS or bank transfer. For other payment methods, a 1-3% service charge may apply when processing the refund.
No return or exchange is accepted unless defective or damaged.
